Sewer Treatment Plant (STP)

Indian Brook has its own sewer treatment plant (STP), located on Indian Brook property. Similar to a septic tank for a single-family home, our STP serves as the septic system for all of Indian Brook. 

Maintenance of our STP depends on you, the Indian Brook community, and starts inside each unit. To reduce maintenance costs and maintain longevity of the STP, be sure to follow all rules and regulations about using the STP (see Condo Documents).
