Parking

Each Indian Brook unit has one deeded parking space and one assigned parking space on the same street as the unit. Deeded parking spaces are part of unit deeds, whereas assigned parking spaces are assigned by the HOA Board. Visitor spots are for use by any unit’s guests, not just guests of that street.
