A little bit about us

Indian Brook Condominiums are located in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, tucked away in a peaceful and private neighborhood. Indian Brook’s construction began in the late 1980s, was completed in several phases, and finished in the late 1990s. The community consists of 112 townhome-style units, 4 units to each building, on a sum of 7 streets: Leman, Doyle, Birchwood, Weybridge, Rosewood, Lilac, and Turnbridge. 

Today, Indian Brook continues to keep its charm, including quiet streets, clean landscaping, and a welcoming and friendly community.

THE BOARD of trustees

The Board of Trustees consists of volunteers from the Indian Brook community. The community elects board members to serve two-year terms at a time. The board serves as a voice for the Indian Brook community. Their duties and powers include, but are not limited to, helping to operate and maintain common areas, approving financials, and adapting and enforcing HOA fees and Condo Rules and Regulations as needed.

The board schedules monthly meetings. Meeting notes are available to unit owners upon request. Contact the management company for more details. For privacy, names and unit numbers are redacted from finalized meeting notes.

THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY

The Board of Trustees decides general policies but delegates day-to-day operations to Salisbury Management Company. For questions or issues regarding Indian Brook’s property, community, buildings, etc., contact the management company.
